Safeguarded if lost or stolen

Every month in which an electronic transaction is completed, you'll receive in your account statement information that includes the date, location, and amount of every transaction you've made.

Come in and fill out an application to begin the process. You can expect to receive The Bank of The West Debit Card to arrive within 14 days of approval, and in many cases we can issue your card to you on the same day. When you receive your card, you will be given instructions on how to activate the card and choose your PIN number. Lost or Stolen Card?
Please call us immediately if you have lost your debit card or believe that it has been stolen. You may call us at (580) 661-3541 during normal business hours to cancel your card, or if you need after-hours assistance please call (888) 263-3370. If you have found a lost card, please destroy the card and notify us at (580) 661-3541 or you may return the card to us at P.O. Box 160, Thomas, OK 73669.
